SEAMLESS BACKDROP STATION
You can use all seamless colors in the studio as a background for FREE. If you would like to use a color that is not already mounted on the backdrop station then feel free to mount it to the C-stands that we provide in the studio. DO NOT UNMOUNT BACKDROPS FROM MOTORIZED BACKDROP HOLDER. YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Please make sure to put the seamless rolls back or you will be charged a "Studio Reset Fee". If you need a seamless pull (pulling the paper all the way to the ground where you step on paper) you can purchase the "Seamless Backdrop Pull" add-on for $15 per color/pull. Please see seamless backdrop listing picture for details about color availability.

TEXTURED BACKDROP STATION
You can use all the textured backdrop colors that are currently out for FREE.

The entrance to the studio has a 36"-wide door so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. The space is 999 sqft and features everything that you'll need for your creative endeavors!

All guests are welcome to eat food in the 1st floor meeting room or in the courtyard without having to purchase the "Food/Drinks Waiver" Add-on.

Location Rules

**Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on**

**Notify Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot**

Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP & CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
 
Shoe Covers are provided and MUST be worn in the Cyclorama Wall area by all guests except talent. You will be charged for the "Waive Shoe Cover Policy" add-on if shoe covers are not worn.

DO NOT step on or put any weight on the bottom curved portion of the Cyclorama Wall. You will be charged for any damage to the Cyclorama Wall.

NO LOUD MUSIC!

NO EATING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Studio" add-on if you would like to eat at the studio.

NO SMOKING. Purchase the "Smoke at the Studio" add-on if you would like to smoke at the studio.

NO DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Studio" add-on if you would like to drink at the studio.

NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the studio.

Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.

Guests MUST put all lighting/equipment back to where they found it when they entered. We will charge a studio reset fee if this is not done.

Guests MUST TAKE ALL TRASH with them before they leave. We will charge a trash disposal fee if this is not done.

Please be careful not to cause excessive wear to the studio. We will charge a Cyc Repaint Fee (Excessive Wear) if this happens.

Make sure to clean the studio before the end of your booking. We will charge a cleaning fee if this is not done.

NO GLITTER!

NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.

The host reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing "No Eating" rule if you would like to cater food for your guests.

You will be charged for any damage to the studio caused during your booking at 100% of the value of the damaged items plus tax and shipping.
