SEAMLESS BACKDROP STATION

You can use all seamless colors in the studio as a background for FREE. If you would like to use a color that is not already mounted on the backdrop station then feel free to mount it to the C-stands that we provide in the studio FREE of charge. Please make sure to put the seamless rolls back or you will be charged a "Studio Reset Fee". If you need a seamless pull (pulling the paper all the way to the ground where you step on paper) you can purchase the "Seamless Backdrop Pull" add-on for $15 per color/pull. Please see seamless backdrop listing picture for details about color availability.

TEXTURED BACKDROP STATION

You can use all the textured backdrop colors that are currently out for FREE. Feel free to purchase other colors as an add-on if you require a specific textured backdrop. We require 72-hours notice in order to put the backdrop up for you. Otherwise you're welcome to put it up yourself!

The entrance to the studio has double-wide doors so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. The space is 1777 sqft and features everything that you'll need for your creative endeavors! 

The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Zelle or Venmo. There are several truck loading bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 15ft freight elevator which is operated by an attendant.

LOCATION RULES

Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.

~Event/Meeting Rules~

• Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
• Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave.
• No Smoking: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
• No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
• Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
• Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
• No congregating in the front of the location.
• The Cyc Wall area is off-limits.

~Production Rules~

• Shoe Covers are provided and must be worn on the Cyc Wall by all guests EXCEPT TALENT.
• Do not step or put anything on the bottom curved portion of the Cyc Wall.
• Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
• Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave.
• NO GLITTER!
• No Smoking: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
• No Alcohol: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
• No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
• Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
• No congregating in the front of the location.
• No Eating/Drinking: Water is allowed. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
• Notify the host before booking if you are planning a sexually explicit shoot.

Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended.

Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.

You will be charged for any damage caused to the space during your booking at 100% of the value of the repair cost or item plus tax and any shipping fees.
