Welcome to Thames Overlook 🍎 by 503DTLA! It's located in Brooklyn offering spectacular 360 views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Skyline. The rooftop also features an open layout making it perfect for large productions and events.
Please note that the entire 8,000sqft space highlighted in the red box can be cleared of all furnishings and faux grass.

Location Rules
**Rules are negotiable depending on production size. Food & Drink restrictions do not apply to events. Some rules can also be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on. PLEASE INQUIRE WITH HOST**
**Notify Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot**
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP & CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
NO EATING/DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink on the Roof" add-on if you would like to eat at the rooftop.
NO SMOKING.
NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the rooftop.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
NO SITTING OR STANDING ON THE EDGE OF THE BUILDING! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
NO THROWING ANYTHING OFF THE BUILDING! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
NO DISTURBING OR BOTHERING TENANTS OF THE BUILDING! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
NO ACCESSING FLOORS OTHER THAN THE ROOFTOP! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
