Membership Billing & Automatic Renewal
The 503DTLA Studio Membership is a recurring subscription billed every three (3) months. By purchasing a membership, you authorize 503DTLA to automatically charge your payment method $300 every three months until the membership is canceled.
Cancellations
Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled renewal charge to avoid being billed for the following three-month membership period. Navigate HERE to cancel your membership.
Canceling a membership does not terminate the current paid membership period. Members may continue using their membership benefits and any available booking hours through the applicable membership terms.
Refunds
Membership payments, including renewal payments, are non-refundable once processed. We do not provide full or partial refunds for:
Membership periods that have already begun
Unused or partially used booking hours
Failure to use the membership
Forgetting to cancel before a scheduled renewal
Changes in a member's schedule or circumstances
Refunds may be issued at 503DTLA's discretion when required by law or when 503DTLA determines that a billing error occurred.
Unused Booking Hours
Booking hours purchased through the membership do not expire solely because a new three-month billing period begins and remain subject to the membership's booking rules and eligibility requirements.
Cancellation Does Not Reverse a Renewal
Submitting a cancellation request after a renewal payment has already been processed will prevent future renewals, but it will not reverse or refund the renewal that has already occurred.
Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for reviewing their membership terms, monitoring their renewal date, maintaining a valid payment method, and canceling before renewal if they do not wish to continue their membership.
By purchasing the membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to these recurring billing, cancellation, and refund terms.
