Akash Winery also has everything that you'll need for both small shoots and large productions! The property can accommodate a cast and crew of just about any size. Free, on-site parking is available as well as a large staging area for you to set up and store equipment, as needed. Looking for complete privacy? The winery is available for daily buyouts upon request! The property also offers a variety of unique features and landscapes that are sure to enhance your production and bring your creative vision to life. Throughout the year you'll bare witness to a variety of awe-inspiring seasonal aesthetic changes that are unique to the Temecula Valley. Our team is experienced in hosting productions of all sizes so please do not hesitate to make your specific needs known!

Location Rules
Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on
Nudity is not allowed anywhere on the property
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking Includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
- No Eating: Purchase the "Eat and Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to eat at the mansion.
- No Outside Food or Drinks: A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
- No Smoking: Purchase the "Smoke at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to smoke at the mansion.
- No Open Flames: On the property.
- No Drinking: Purchase the "Eat and Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to drink at the mansion.
- No Animals or Pets: Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the mansion.
- Guests May Not: Congregate in the front of the house;
- Guests May Not: Move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
- No Amplified Music Outside
- Do Not Disturb Customers of the Winery: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if any of the customers communicate a disturbance to the host.
- Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
- Number of Guests: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater to your guests.
