The property features over 5700 sqft of interior space to shoot in so you won't ever run out of inspiration. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi, music studio, recording booth, luxury his and her bathroom as well as a wrap-around closet. There are also 4 different balconies where you can take in all of the amazing views that this luxury estate has to offer. Step onto our one-of-a-kind roof observation deck where you'll get a 360-degree view of the Hollywood Hills and San Fernando Valley. The conversation pit is also a crowd favorite due to its unique, grand aesthetic. The lower-level bonus room also features modern pastel furniture and amenities which will help your content stand out.

Location Rules
Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
Notify the Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
- No Eating: Purchase the "Eat and Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to eat at the mansion.
- No Smoking: Purchase the "Smoke at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to smoke at the mansion.
- No Drinking: Purchase the "Eat and Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to drink at the mansion.
- No Animals or Pets: Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the mansion.
- Guests May Not: Congregate in the front of the house;
- Guests May Not: Move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
- Only 3 Vehicles May Park in Front of the Mansion;
- Roof Capacity: There is a maximum of 3 guests on the roof at a time. Purchase the "Waive 3-Guest Maximum on Roof Policy" to allow up to 5 guests on the roof.
- No Shoes Downstairs (Except Talent).
- No Heeled Shoes or Pointed Objects: On the Roof. You will be charged for the cost to repair any damage to the roof.
- No Loud Music on the Roof.
- Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
- Number of Guests: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
- Nudity is Not Allowed: anywhere outdoors or on the balconies.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
