Location Rules

*Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on*

Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP & CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.

NO EATING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink in the Restaurant" add-on if you would like to eat at the Restaurant. You do not need to purchase this add-on if you purchase pizza from the restaurant.
NO SMOKING. Purchase the "Smoke in the Restaurant" add-on if you would like to smoke at the Restaurant.
NO ALCOHOL. Purchase the "Drink Alcohol in the Restaurant" add-on if you would like to drink at the Restaurant.
NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the Restaurant.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
NO LOUD MUSIC. Music must not disturb the daily operations.
Guests MUST TAKE ALL TRASH with them before they leave. We will charge a trash disposal fee if this is not done.
Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS. The booking will be cancelled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
Guests MAY NOT congregate outside the gate in the front of the house.
