The entire first floor of this magnificent hillside abode is at your disposal. Each space flows effortlessly into the next making it ideal for videos and film. The living room is spacious and offers ample room for just about any production/photoshoot booking. Natural light streams into the indoor space making this property ideal for creating content. The indoor area also features a bonus entertainment space with bookshelf and a grand piano, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and dining space have a mid-century modern appeal and open up into the spectacular outdoor terrace. As you step outside you’re greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills. The terrace is spacious, private and is perfect for your next intimate gathering and even features a jacuzzi.

Thought that was it? Well you’re in for a surprise. This location also comes with a professional recording studio and live room that is hidden on the property. The space is perfect for recording sessions, podcasts, writing sessions, content creation and more!

LOCATION RULES

Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on

Notify Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot

Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP & CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.

• NO EATING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to eat at the studio.
  
• NO SMOKING. Purchase the "Smoke at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to smoke at the studio.
  
• NO DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to drink at the studio.
  
• NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the studio.
  
• Guests MAY NOT congregate in the front of the house;
  
• Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
  
• NO LOUD AMPLIFIED MUSIC.
  
• DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS. The booking will be cancelled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
  
• NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
  
• Nudity is not allowed anywhere outdoors or on the balconies.

Your booking will be cancelled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
