Welcome to Overwatch ⌚️ by 503DTLA! This private rooftop is perfect for your next photoshoot, film or event! It's located atop a turn-of-the-century warehouse in the Produce Market District of Downtown Los Angeles and features the absolute best available, uninterrupted view of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline. The rooftop also includes several unique structures, painted walls, stairways and other aesthetic features which will give you so many different ways to create!

The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day outdoor parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle. There are several Truck Loading Bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 25ft freight elevator (Please see freight elevator schedule). The elevator is also operated by an attendant.

The entrance to the rooftop has a 40" wide door so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. You'll also have access to the restroom on the 5th floor of the building.

LOCATION RULES

Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on

Notify Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot

Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP & CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.

• NO EATING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink on the Roof" add-on if you would like to eat at the rooftop.
• NO SMOKING. Purchase the "Smoke on the Roof" add-on if you would like to smoke at the rooftop.
• NO DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink on the Roof" add-on if you would like to drink at the rooftop.
• NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the rooftop.
• NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
• NO CLIMBING THE LADDER! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
• NO SITTING OR STANDING ON THE EDGE OF THE BUILDING! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.

FOR GUESTS THAT BOOK STUDIO 503 ADD-ON

• Shoe Covers are provided and MUST be worn in the Cyclorama Wall area by all guests except talent. You will be charged for the "Waive Shoe Cover Policy" add-on if shoe covers are not worn.
• DO NOT step on or put any weight on the bottom curved portion of the Cyclorama Wall. You will be charged for any damage to the Cyclorama Wall.
• Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
• NO GLITTER!
• NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.

The host reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing "No Eating" rule if you would like to cater food for your guests.
