Welcome to Sierra Outpost by 503DTLA! A charming backcountry retreat nestled amidst a tranquil and picturesque countryside. This amazing property offers an array of authentic features and versatile spaces making it the perfect location whether you’re producing the next Hollywood blockbuster hit or conducting a simple photoshoot.
Step outside onto our expansive outdoor deck where you can take in a breathtaking panorama of rolling hills and lush greenery. This outdoor oasis features amenities such as an authentic, dated well, vintage barbecue grill, and worn doghouse which all lend themselves to filming period pieces! The back and side porches have a rustic allure to them and also feature an amazing view of the nearby mountain range. You’ll also find no shortage of plants and other greenery which are all native to the surrounding area.
Once inside you’re greeted by one of two living spaces which come furnished with a pool table. This first living area blends nicely into the home’s spacious kitchen which has a clear view of the surrounding mountains and hillside. Continue and you’ll enter the second, large living space which has plenty of comfortable seating, a 75” TV as well as a freestanding, antique fireplace. The home has 2 guest bedrooms and 1 large master bedroom with a large, private bathroom. The master bathroom has a large bathtub and a separate shower unit as well as plenty of countertop space. The entire indoor area has built-in skylights so there is no shortage of natural light and also ultra-high ceilings throughout. There are also two, smaller guest bathrooms available!
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, ample parking space, and easy accessibility to nearby hiking trails and nature walks.

Location Rules
Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
Notify the Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
- No Eating: Purchase the "Eat and Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to eat at the mansion.
- No Smoking: Purchase the "Smoke at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to smoke at the mansion.
- No Drinking: Purchase the "Eat and Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to drink at the mansion.
- No Animals or Pets: Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the mansion.
- Guests May Not: Move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
- Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
- Number of Guests: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
