As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a beautifully manicured lawn and a grand entrance that sets the tone for the luxurious space that awaits you inside. With 4,000 square feet of interior space and an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor terrace, this property offers ample room for any booking type.
Inside, you'll find an open floor plan that seamlessly flows from the living room to the kitchen and dining areas, perfect for filming scenes with large groups or intimate conversations. The high ceilings and natural light streaming through the many windows give the space an airy and spacious feel.
The outdoor living space is just as impressive which features a sparkling pool, comfortable seating areas, and one of the best views of downtown Beverly Hills! The lush landscaping and stunning views of the surrounding hills make this space perfect for filming outdoor scenes or hosting a wrap party after a long day of shooting.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The adjacent dining area features a large table with seating for up to 10 guests, making it perfect for scenes that require an elegant dinner setting.
Inside, you'll find the bedrooms and additional living areas. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and double vanity. The three additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for your cast and crew, each with its unique charm and style.

Location Rules
Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
Notify the Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
- No Eating: Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to eat at the studio.
- No Smoking: Purchase the "Smoke at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to smoke at the studio.
- No Drinking: Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to drink at the studio.
- No Animals or Pets: Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the studio.
- Guests May Not: Congregate in the front of the house;
- Guests May Not: Move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
- No Amplified Music Outside: There is built-in surround sound for you to use indoors and outdoors.
- Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
- Number of Guests: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
- Nudity is Not Allowed: anywhere outdoors or on the balconies.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
