Welcome to Studio 125 🗽 by 503DTLA! This studio has been UPGRADED and now includes the following features:

Guests are welcome to eat food in the 1st floor meeting room if it’s available or in the courtyard without having to purchase the "Food/Drinks Waiver" Add-on.
All lighting, equipment & furniture must stay inside the studio at all times.
SEAMLESS BACKDROP STATION
You can use all seamless colors in the studio as a background for FREE. If you would like to use a color that is not already mounted on the motorized backdrop station then feel free to mount it to the C-stands that we provide in the studio. WE DO NOT PRE-MOUNT SEAMLESS BACKDROPS FOR YOU PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. DO NOT UNMOUNT BACKDROPS FROM MOTORIZED BACKDROP HOLDER. YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Please make sure to put the seamless rolls back or you will be charged a "Studio Reset Fee". If you need a seamless pull (pulling the paper all the way to the ground where you step on paper) you can purchase the "Backdrop Pull" add-on for $20 per color/pull. Purchase one (x1) “Backdrop Pull” add-on for every 5ft of backdrop that you will pull to the floor. Tape is setup on the floor every 5ft. Please see seamless backdrop listing picture for details about color availability.
WHITE CYCLORAMA WALL
Shoe Covers are provided and must be worn on the Cyc Wall by all guests EXCEPT TALENT WHILE SHOOTING. Guests who need a fresh white coat of paint on the Cyc Wall floor must purchase the “Fresh Cyclorama Wall Paint” add-on.
The entrance to the studio has a 36"-wide door so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. The space is 999 sqft and features everything that you'll need for your creative endeavors!
Please note that any spaces pictured in this listing that are not inside the studio may not be available for use during your booking. Common areas inside the building are strictly off-limits for production use unless approved by host in advance.
Please note that, as in all buildings, there are other tenants adjacent to the studio and the studio walls are not soundproof. The building is usually very quiet but we cannot guarantee that it will be completely silent during your booking.

Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended.
Host reserves the right to charge a fine of up to $250 for any rules that are broken.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
You will be charged for any damage caused to the space during your booking at 100% of the value of the repair cost or item plus tax and any shipping fees.
