The entrance to the studio has double-wide doors so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. The space is 1777 sqft and features everything that you'll need for your creative endeavors!
The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Zelle, or Venmo. There are several truck-loading bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 15ft freight elevator which is operated by an attendant.

Location Rules
Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
Notify the Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
- Shoe Covers are provided and must be worn in the Cyclorama Wall area by all guests except talent. You will be charged for the "Waive Shoe Cover Policy" add-on if shoe covers are not worn.
- Do Not step on or put any weight on the bottom curved portion of the Cyclorama Wall. You will be charged for any damage to the Cyclorama Wall.
- No Eating: Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Studio" add-on if you would like to eat at the studio.
- No Smoking: Purchase the "Smoke at the Studio" add-on if you would like to smoke at the studio.
- No Drinking: Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Studio" add-on if you would like to drink at the studio.
- No Animals or Pets: Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the studio.
- Guests May Not: Move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
- No Glitter!
- Number of Guests: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
The host reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the "No Eating" rule if you would like to cater food for your guests.
