Welcome to Chateau De Soleil by 503DTLA! This cozy hilltop estate is the perfect location for your next video, photo shoot, or creative project! The property features a sprawling panoramic view of Orange County which produces one of the most beautiful sunsets in the entire state. You can even see the downtown Los Angeles skyline on a clear day! This amazing estate is sure to provide you with the inspiration needed to make your project stand out.
This picturesque estate is over 5550sqft and features a spacious outdoor terrace with a large gazebo equipped with TV and surround sound. Adjacent to the gazebo is a fire pit that creates a highly aesthetic ambiance that lends itself to one-of-a-kind, quality picture, and video content. Our dining table and built-in grill and serving station allow for an even wider variety of content to be created in the space. You'll also find a plethora of floral and seating options throughout the terrace that, when combined, creates a highly aesthetic set for any of your video/photo needs. At night the terrace shows its true colors as our solar-powered lighting system automatically turns on and adds a whole new dimension to the space.
Upon entering the estate you'll find our living and entertainment space bathed in natural light with elegant furnishings and monstera plants throughout. The baby grand piano is another unique touch that truly elevates the aesthetic of the entire space! As you move through the space you'll notice our newly redesigned kitchen with marble countertops and backsplash. The upstairs bedrooms and bonus living room are also available for use as an add-on if needed!

Location Rules
Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
Notify the Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
- No Eating: Purchase the "Eat and Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to eat at the mansion.
- No Smoking: Purchase the "Smoke at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to smoke at the mansion.
- No Drinking: Purchase the "Eat and Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to drink at the mansion.
- No Animals or Pets: Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the mansion.
- Guests May Not: Congregate in the front of the house;
- Guests May Not: Move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
- No Amplified Music Outside
- Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
- Number of Guests: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
- Nudity is Not Allowed: Anywhere on the property
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
